1. Services

We provide wedding photography, engagement photography, and custom design services (such as invitations and signage). Details of your specific services will be outlined in your booking agreement or contract.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract, typically before your event date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing any permits, permissions, or access required at your event location(s).

  • You agree to provide a safe working environment for our team.

  • You are responsible for communicating your timeline, shot list preferences, and design approvals in a timely manner.

 

5. Photography Rights & Usage

  • We retain the copyright to all photographs taken.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for prints, albums, and digital sharing.

  • Photographs may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Design Rights & Usage

  • All custom designs (invitations, signage, etc.) are the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].

  • Final designs provided to you may be used for personal purposes only.

  • You may not resell or redistribute our designs without prior consent.

 

7. Delivery of Products

  • Edited wedding galleries are typically delivered within [insert timeframe, e.g., 6–8 weeks].
